growing in coco coir with bio bizz nutrients

hi everyone. i bought a large amount of coco coir for my first grow but it isn’t from bio bizz its by a company called perry home & garden from amazon. should i be rinsing/washing the medium before use? i would love to hear how you grow from start to finish? things you did wrong or right? thnaks alot. mr hixxy

Y u asking that on a nutrient-seller/brand plattform? ūüėÄ

Normally Coco, Perlite and Vemicult are neutral substrates, so they are no nutrients in it, but u should wash them before cuz especially¬† Perlite is very dusty, the other named substrates also, so u CAN wash them or u water the pots until the whole dust/dirt whatever is washed out, but negative consequences shouldn’t apear if u don’t wash them before u using them.

I would recommend it if u use Perlit or Vemicult or a mixture of them with Coco, but it’s not required to do that if u grow only on Coco.
